2. General information and legal bases

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website, to answer your enquiries, or to initiate and carry out business relationships. The legal bases are in particular:

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures, e.g. quote requests),
  • Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation, e.g. retention obligations under commercial and tax law),
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest, e.g. secure operation of the website and answering general enquiries).

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted on the Lovable platform. The provider is Lovable Labs Sweden AB, Regeringsgatan 25, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden.

When you visit the website, the host automatically collects information transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free provision of the website. Log files are stored only as long as necessary for these purposes.

A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Lovable. Lovable and its sub-processors also process data in third countries, in particular the USA. Transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) or, where the respective recipient is certified, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).

4. Cookies and storage on your device

This website does not use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, tracking or advertising purposes. Where technically necessary information is stored on your device, this is based on Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG, as it is strictly necessary to provide the website you have requested.

5. Quote and contact form

If you contact us via the quote or contact form, we process the data you enter (company name, contact person, email address, phone number if provided, destination country, product, quantity, packaging and message), as well as the language and the address of the page from which the request was sent. Mandatory fields are marked; without this information we cannot process your request.

The purpose is to process your request and, where applicable, to prepare a quotation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your request is aimed at concluding a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

Your details are stored in a database within the hosting infrastructure named in section 3 and forwarded to us by email. For forwarding, we use the Web3Forms service of Web3Creative, Kerala, India, which processes the form data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). Web3Creative uses sub-processors such as Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare; servers are also located in the USA. There is no EU Commission adequacy decision for India. Transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses agreed in the Web3Forms data processing agreement (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). More information: https://web3forms.com/privacy

To protect against spam, the form contains an invisible check field; no additional personal data is collected in this process.

6. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message to handle your request. The legal bases set out in section 5 apply. Our email mailbox is operated by a service provider on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).

7. Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. Enquiries that do not result in a contract are deleted no later than 12 months after processing is completed. If an enquiry leads to a contract, we retain the related correspondence in accordance with statutory retention periods (generally six years for commercial letters and ten years for accounting records, Section 257 HGB, Section 147 AO).

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). Please contact info@indusagro.de.

9. Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)

Where data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data. We will then no longer process your data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Please send your objection to info@indusagro.de.

10. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is:
